We offer Free Priority Mail shipping on domestic orders over $100.

As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are not able to offer the shipping refund for returned goods which are returned because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed. Only the cost of the purchased items will be refunded.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country and customs duties are not always applied. Each country has its own rules for determining whether Import Duty / Tax / VAT will apply. Therefore we ask that you contact your local customs/import/mail departments for rates before you place an order to avoid any surprises.
We cannot guarantee that items will not be subject to random checks and cause associated delays and charges. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Merchandise must be returned within 30 consecutive days (45 consecutive days for international customers) of the order date for credit back to the original method of payment per the invoice. Customers with returns received after that will receive store credit. Store credits will be issued for merchandise returned up to 60 consecutive days after the purchase date. After 60 days merchandise can not be returned.
Products must be in their original conditions: brand-new, unused, unworn, unwashed with the original tags attached and protective panty liner strip intact. Damaging the merchandise by opening the package with any kind of sharp material will void the possibility of any refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept merchandise that has been worn, washed, or damaged due to non-proper care or excessive use. Please note that swimwear can deteriorate in heavily chlorinated water.
We will notify you by email once your return has been processed. Only the cost of the purchased items will be refunded. Please allow 10 business days for the credit to appear. If it did not appear please contact us and we will be glad to assist you.
Returned merchandise lost or damaged in transit will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using an insured service with tracking information. The shipping of returns is the responsibility of the customer.
